Today, we had scheduled a 4x4 tour of the center of the island. We
had a leisurely breakfast on our patio, and still had time to go
snorkeling before our adventure. Unfortunately, our camera is not
waterproof. But the fish were really cool!
This was a photo stop on our way around to the other side of the island.
We saw many waterfalls on our drive into the island. The island's
center is really a very large, very old volcano crater, so it had many
steep sides for waterfalls to form on.
This particular waterfall was quite tall, and we were able to swim
in the pool at the bottom. I elected not to because I was cold, but Ian
was climbing up the rocks behind it and jumping in.
