Day 1: Tahiti

We arrived at our over-water bungalow in Tahiti at 3 in the morning. We checked out our new digs for just a bit before sleeping away the rest of the morning.

After our walk into town we cooled off by kayaking in the shallow, coral filled water between the beach and the reef.

Then we took a break at the hotel's huge sand-bottom pool.

We ate our lunch on our deck.
